    1. Single Notice Purchases ($24.99)

    Full refund within 24 hours BEFORE mailing. If your notice has not yet been submitted to USPS, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.

    No refunds after submission to USPS Certified Mail. Once a notice has been handed off to USPS for Certified Mail delivery, we have already incurred printing, postage, and tracking costs that cannot be recovered.

    Free re-send or full refund for USPS delivery failures that are NOT caused by user input error (e.g., incorrect address provided by the user). If USPS returns your notice due to a system error on our end, we will re-send at no charge or issue a full refund.

    Full refund for LienFlash system errors. If our platform fails to generate or mail your notice due to a bug or system outage, you will receive a full refund.

    2. Pro Monthly ($49/month)

    • You may cancel your Pro Monthly subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
    • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until then.
    • No refunds are issued for the current billing period upon cancellation.
    • Unused notices included in your monthly quota do not roll over to the next billing period.

    3. Pro Annual ($399/year)

    • You may cancel your Pro Annual subscription at any time.
    • Pro-rated refund within the first 30 days if fewer than 3 notices have been sent. The refund amount will be calculated based on the remaining unused portion of the annual term.
    • No refunds after 30 days or if 3 or more notices have been sent during the subscription period.
    • Unused notices included in your annual quota do not roll over.

    4. How to Request a Refund

    To request a refund, email us at support@lienflash.app with the following information:

    • Your account email address
    • The project or notice details related to your request
    • A brief description of the reason for your refund request

    Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method on file.

    5. Chargebacks

    LienFlash maintains detailed records of all transactions, including payment confirmations, USPS Certified Mail tracking numbers, mail authorization timestamps, and user IP addresses at the time of purchase.

    We strongly encourage you to contact us at support@lienflash.app before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company.

    Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension and delays in resolution. We are committed to resolving disputes quickly and fairly.
